handshake1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the WayraTravel website, and by booking any of our tours or travel services, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these conditions, please do not use our services.
WayraTravel is a formally established travel agency in Cusco, Peru, complying with MINCETUR, GERCETUR, SUNAT and SUNAFIL regulations.
event_available2. Bookings and Confirmation
Bookings can be made through our website, by email, WhatsApp or in person at our offices. All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is considered confirmed only when the client receives the confirmation email or message with the booking code, after the corresponding payment has been verified.
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information (names exactly as they appear on the ID or passport, dates, contact details), as this is used to issue tickets and permits.
credit_card3. Prices and Payment Methods
Published prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) or Peruvian soles (PEN), as indicated, and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and bank transfers. Online payments are processed by secure payment gateways; WayraTravel does not store card data.
Some tours require a partial payment (deposit) to secure the booking and the balance before the service starts. Specific conditions are communicated at the time of booking.
event_busy4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to our contact email. The refundable amount depends on how far in advance the request is made and on costs already incurred (entrance fees, permits, train tickets, etc.).
Machu Picchu entrance tickets, Inca Trail permits and train tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued, in accordance with the issuing entities' policies.
WayraTravel reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour due to force majeure (weather conditions, road closures, government regulations). In such cases an alternative date or a refund of recoverable amounts will be offered.
person5. Traveler Responsibilities
The traveler declares to be in adequate health condition to participate in the contracted activities and agrees to report any relevant medical condition before the start of the tour.
It is the traveler's responsibility to carry identification documents, comply with the indicated schedules and follow the guides' instructions. No-shows or abandoning the tour do not entitle the traveler to a refund.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance covering accidents, illness and cancellations.

WayraTravel is committed to providing the contracted services diligently, with certified guides and authorized providers.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations or damages caused by third parties beyond our control (airlines, train companies, authorities) or force majeure events, without prejudice to managing possible alternatives in favor of the client.

All contents of this website (texts, photographs, logos, itineraries and design) are property of WayraTravel or used under authorization, and are protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, prepared in accordance with Peruvian Law No. 29733 — Personal Data Protection Law.

gavel10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will be submitted to the judges and courts of the city of Cusco, without prejudice to the resolution mechanisms provided by INDECOPI.
