Cusco is located at 3,399 meters above sea level. We recommend resting the first day, drinking plenty of water or coca tea, and eating light. All our vehicles and guides are equipped with a first aid kit and emergency oxygen in case it is needed during excursions.

If you need to complete the payment for a pending booking, you can use our secure Quick Payment portal. You only need to enter the amount agreed with your travel agent and your card details.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience. In compliance with Peruvian laws, we have a virtual Complaints Book. There you can formally submit your claim or complaint and track it with the generated code.
Date modifications are subject to availability and third-party policies (such as PeruRail and the Ministry of Culture). Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours to 7 days in advance for partial refunds, depending on the type of tour. Machu Picchu tickets and flights are generally non-refundable.
